At trooper care network, we are building something steady and human. Our mission is to restore dignity and meet immediate needs of homeless individuals across Arizona through curated care kits and compassionate outreach. Our vision is a connected community where no one faces hardship alone. To bring that vision to life, we are assembling a founding board that will help guide our first chapter.

This board will shape strategy, strengthen partnerships, and support the growth of a nonprofit built on service, transparency, and shared decision‑making. If you believe in practical kindness, community connection, and meeting people where they are, we would love to meet you.

Why Our Work Matters

Homeless individuals across Arizona face extreme heat, cold nights, limited access to basic supplies, and daily safety risks. Shelters fill quickly. Resources vary by region. Many people go without the simple items that help them stay safe or feel cared for.

Our six‑kit model was created to meet these needs directly.

• Heat Relief Kit

• Hygiene and Wellness Kit

• Fall and Winter Warmth Kit

• Holiday Support Kit

• Emergency Readiness Kit

• Pet Care Kit

Each kit is built around what people actually need throughout the year. By 2027, our goal is to reach at least 5,000 individuals with seasonal support and stronger connections to local resources.

What It Means to Serve on Our Founding Board

We are seeking 5 to 7 individuals who care deeply about community and want to help build a nonprofit with heart. Board members will play a meaningful role in shaping our early operations and ensuring our programs stay grounded in dignity and practical support.

What to expect:

• Quarterly virtual or in‑person meetings

• Occasional one‑off emails during early development

• Ongoing input on programs and outreach

• A steady, purposeful role in a growing organization
